Mission Statement

The ELL Foundation supports the right of every child to eat safe foods, to learn in safe environments and to live safer lives with food allergies and anaphylaxis. The organization strives to provide food allergy safety education and training to better protect food allergic children.

Description

It is the leader in food allergy safety training provided to schools, camps, child care centers, hospitals and to food allergic families through its Protect Allergic Children (PAC) Food Allergy Safety Training.

It provides trainings in person via PAC Certified Consultants, DVD videos and/or professional education online training.

It is supported by an impressive Board and medical Advisory Team.
