Description

The N.E. Focal Point serves individuals with intergenerational programming and services: Adult Day Services Center, Alzheimer's Day Care Center, Child Care Center, Senior Center, and Thrift Shop. The N.E. Focal Point provides quality services such as case management, individual and family counseling, health support, information, and referral, nutrition, recreation, socialization, and transportation.
