Mission Statement

The Friends of Mindowaskin Park is a non-profit organization, founded in the early 1990's to revitalize and preserve the park. The mission of the Friends of Mindowaskin Park is to ensure the long-time enjoyment of the public park by Westfield residents and patrons. We work independently, but in cooperation with the Town of Westfield. We work to ensure that the historical significance of the park is maintained and protected. Through the efforts of the Friends of Mindowaskin Park, the park has been designated a Westfield Historic Site.

Description

The Friends of Mindowaskin Park hold two community clean-up days a year, usually in April and September. All are welcome to participate.

The Friends actively seek volunteers to help steward the maintence (gardening duties, planing, clean-up) and community awarness of this property.
