Mission Statement

F-SEPAC’s mission is to work for the understanding, respect, and support of all children with special needs in Framingham. We provide opportunities for parents to share experiences and information and come together to learn more about challenges facing children with special needs.

Description

F-SEPAC is sponsoring a Lose the Training Wheels Camp for children with special needs to learn to ride a two-wheel bicycle. The mission of Lose The Training Wheels™ is to teach individuals with disabilities to ride a conventional two wheel bicycle and become lifelong independent riders. This achievement, in turn, creates a gateway of opportunity, helping them gain assurance and self-reliance in many other aspects of their lives.

The camp runs from Aug. 16-20, 2010 at the Framingham High School for sessions of 75 minutes each for 5 days.
