The mission of the Johnson City Seniors' Center is to be the leader in providing innovative services to enrich the lives of adults 50+.

Description

A multi-purpose senior center serving people 50+ in Johnson City and Washington County, Tennessee. Celebrating 50 years of service in 2011. More that 200 activities are held weekly. Over 4,000 people are registered participants. Programs include health, education, recreation, sports, socials, nutrition, arts, crafts and transportation. Programs are also implemented at branch and coordinating locations. Volunteer opportunities are nearly limitless. Over 500 people volunteer annually.
