Our Caring Corner Grief Support

Description

We are a child based, family centered, peer grief support program. We provide no therapy or counseling but a safe place for children and their families to share their feelings and memories in an atmosphere of acceptance.

Groups meet one evening each week for two hours in ten week increments. Both children and adults meet in age specific groups, led by trained volunteers who offer listening, validation of feelings and encouragement.
