All-Options uses direct service and social change strategies to promote judgment-free support for pregnancy, parenting, adoption and abortion. We know these issues can be complex, but one thing is certain: Everyone deserves to have all options!

All-Options’ innovative, full-spectrum approach is revolutionizing the landscape of pregnancy and parenting services!

  • Our Talkline offers free peer counseling over the phone to anyone at any point during or after pregnancy. Simply call 1-888-493-0092 for open-hearted support that includes abortion, adoption, infertility, parenting, and pregnancy loss.
  • Our Pregnancy Resource Centerprovides free pregnancy tests, peer counseling, condoms, diapers, baby clothes, abortion funding, and referrals to all kinds of local resources in Bloomington, Indiana.
  • The Faith Aloud clergy counseling line offers spiritual and religious support through abortion or pregnancy experiences. Trained clergy from diverse faith background are available at 1-888-717-5010.
  • Our Pregnancy Options Workshops support providers, advocates, and students in exploring their values, unpacking biases, and building skills for judgment-free counseling and all-options referrals.
