Mission Statement

The mission of the Coleman House Activity Committee is to promote self worth, positive self esteem, and to be positive role models to the children at the emergency shelter. The Coleman House serves children ages birth to 17 years of age (male & female) that reside in Fayette County. The shelter is licensed by CFC (Cabinet for Families and Children) as a child caring/placing facility for up to 16 children. The maximum length of stay is 30 days.

Description

Our committee consists of members from the community that meet on a monthly basis to plan and initiate activities for the children at the Coleman House Emergency Shelter. We are seeking energetic individuals with creative innovative ideas for fundraising and activities for the children.
