Mission Statement

To offer help and hope to our neighbors in crisis by meeting their basic needs and providing education that enables them to navigate their way out of poverty.

Madisonville Education and Assistance Center (MEAC) was founded in 1986 by a group of twelve community churches & the Madisonville Community Council to pool the community’s resources & better serve individuals & families with critical needs.

MEAC is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the support of over twenty community churches. It collaborates with the City of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Works, Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency (CAA) & the Freestore Foodbank - partnerships that have greatly increased MEAC’s ability to fulfill its mission.
