The Upper Perkiomen Valley Library is a branch of Montgomery County-Norristown Public library. We serve the Upper Perkiomen Valley community which is made up of the boroughs of Red Hill, Pennsburg, and East Greenville, Marlborough and Upper Hanover townships.
