Description

Our staff of Physicians, Dentists, Physician Assistants, Certified Nurse Practitioners, Registered Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Registered Nurses, Counselors and Case Managers give patients the highest quality medical care and programs for overall healthy living.

We welcome patients of all ages, walks of life and levels of income, as well as patients with or without insurance.

For the uninsured and underinsured, placement on a sliding fee scale determines a patient's cost for additional services. Some patients may pay as little as $15 per visit.
