T o provide impoverished, marginalized Peruvian children and families the tools to change their own circumstances through education and community development.

Description

Corazon de Dahlia has established a community center for children and families in Cusco, Peru. We will be running social and academic enrichment programs to underserved youth, including literacy intervention, homework assistance, computer and internet access, and psychological counseling as needed. For families, we will run seminars on a variety of issues that exist in the community such as domestic violence and alcohol abuse.
