Mission Statement

CJ Acres Animal Rescue Farm exists to reduce animal suffering by rescuing, rehabilitating, and reintroducing in-need farm animals suffering from abuse, abandonment, neglect or catastrophic disasters (such as hurricanes, floods, fires, and earthquakes), while promoting responsible animal stewardship and compassionate consumption.

Description

CJ Acres Animal Rescue Farm is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization that actively rescues, rehabilitates, and reintroduces farm animals. While many of our residents come from the First Coast area, we currently have in-need animals from as far north as Canda and as far west as Arizona. Our "herd" of volunteers and supporters currently exceeds well over 5,000 animal advocates.

This organization offers amazing volunteer experiences that allow you to interact with animals you may have never seen in real life. The other volunteers are very friendly and the whole time there is both entertaining and educational. It's a bit of a drive but definitely worth it!!!
