The Southeast CDC's mission is to promote healthy, dynamic and diverse communities in Southeast Baltimore.

Description

The SECDC envisions healthy communities as places where the residents, businesses and institutions of Southeast Baltimore are investing their time, effort and money, and where the real-estate market makes sense. These are dynamic places where residents and businesses are willing and able to manage the day-to-day issues of their neighborhoods. They are also diverse communities where people of all races, cultures, abilities, religions, incomes and ages live in harmony and are proud to reside Southeast Baltimore.
