Mission Statement

With tremendous imagination and creativity, local builders, landscapers and scores of community volunteers will come together over the next two weeks to construct and decorate whimsical playhouse cottages that look like they have popped out from the pages of a fairytale. The playhouses range from 8 feet to 11 feet high with Dutch doors, working windows, and cool kid-inspired interiors.
When complete these little play structures will be on display at Bridgeport Village from Saturday, July 24 through Saturday, August 14, 2010. Visitors can tour and explore the playhouses and vote for their favorite. Two very special playhouses will be awarded to lucky winners through a raffle drawing. The remaining playhouses will be given away to Ronald McDonald House, Foster Care Family Network, and the Children's Heart Foundation. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
