Mission Statement
The Cabrini Medical Center is a voluntary hospital sponsored by the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The Center, an integral part of the church within the Archdiocese of New York, seeks to promote the teachings of the Gospel and its foundress, St. Frances Xavier Cabrini. The Center draws its life-giving purpose from the mission of the sponsors who strive to communicate the compassionate, caring, healing love which God has for all, especially the poor and the suffering. We strongly believe that each person, made in the image and likeness of God, has a right to our loving, caring concern. Thus the quality care and the programs of Cabrini Medical Center are designed to enhance the dignity of each person by recognizing and tending to the diverse individual physical, psychological, social, emotional and spiritual needs which exist. We pledge to remain aware of the changing needs of those we serve, and to commit bot human and financial resources to future efforts which continue our Cabrinian tradition of service, compassion and excellence.
