Literacy Volunteers Association Cape-Atlantic, Inc.: Providing volunteer-based literacy education for adults to become more successful employees, parents, consumers and citizens.

Description

LVACA was founded in 1983 and is affiliated with ProLiteracy America, Inc., Literacy New Jersey, and is a member of the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.

Our vision is 100% adult literacy. Using volunteer tutors, LVA provides small group literacy instruction to adults to include basic skills, English as a Second Language, health. civics, math, and workplace.
