Description

Heart City Health Center is a comprehensive medical clinic serving the medically underserved and underinsured of Elkhart County. We provide quality medical care for the entire family ranging from our OB program for expecting mothers; a Pediatric unit for children birth to 17; an Internal Medicine unit for Adults. In addition, community health workers serve patients in referral and assistance needs.

Heart City Pharmacy is committed to assisting patients to receive needed medications through patient assistance programs.

Heart City Dental Center is committed to enhancing the oral health of citizens of Elkhart County. The Findlay Dental Center opened in 2004.

i went here for a check up for my daughter. she randomly has seizures and we don't know why. Dr. Ferral is excellent in answering questions and she gives a great comforting feeling when near her... i deff. reccomend this place to everyone.

i went to heartcity for my first pregnancy and enjoyed visiting. the staff is friendly and i really like my doctor. would definately go back and would recommend anyone to them.
