To enable congregations to share resources, train leaders, build neighborhood relationships, serve people, and mobilize people for ministry. To encourage, equip, entrust, and empower the laity of the member congregations in whom the authority and responsibility of PIUM, a â grassrootsâ organization, ultimately rests, for ministry in their congregations and communities.
