Description

Looking to SERVE your community and the world with a fun, energetic group of like-minded volunteers? Look no further. The Coral Springs Downtown Lions Club, part of the largest service organization in the world, has been proudly serving the local community and supporting statewide and international initiatives for 30 years to:

  • promote a broad range of vision-related causes
  • fund youth programs for underprivileged and special-needs children
  • beautify the community and the environment
  • offer humanitarian and disaster assistance

They care for the less fortunate-Just recently they did a Back to School Shopping Spree for the less fortunate children in the area. They gave 93 children a $50.00 gift each and escorted them around Wal-Mart and helped them buy school uniforms & school supplies. All the money they collect from donations are used for the benefit of others-none of the money goes for salaries etc.
