To Provide Education and Opportunity to the Low-Income and Disadvantaged of Scott County and Western Arkansas. TO Bring Hope and a new sense of purpose to those most left behind by the technologies of the 21st century.

Description

We are a neighborhood Network originally founded with funds from a Department of HUD Grant. We Offer Workforce Training, Computer Literacy, GED and Adult Education Services,Youth Services and Mentoring.
