The Community Settlement Association and Nati Fuentes Centro de Niños needs your help for the first Eastside Community Walk & Health Fair Event. This will be a collaboration to Promote Healthy Families, Wellness, Community and Have Fun. We need volunteers to help us plan this event. You will make a difference.
