Description

Girls on the Run Napa Valley is a local, non-profit council of Girls on the Run Internatioonal that offers girls the opportunity to strengthen their bodies, minds and spirits, while preparing to complete a community service project and a 5K (3.1 miles) Fun Run. GOTR is a lot more than a running program. It is a fun, character-building after school program for girls grades 3-8 that incorporates interactive games with life skils and leadership curriculum. It is for all girls ages 8-14, all fitness levels, who believe in girl power.
