To help defendants avoid a felony on their record by giving them an opportunity complete social service programs.

Description

"Project Uplift" seeks to utilize volunteers to help defendants link to social services. They will iidentify appropriate agency referral possibilities and consult with defendants as to which options to pursue. They will contact selected agencies to arrange for candidate enrollment completing enrollment process.
