Westwind Campus of Care shall progressively push the standards of quality to higher levels through creative partnerships within our organization and our community.

Description

Westwind Campus of Care features four facilities:

Two assisted living buildings; Living Center and Casa De Vida; a skilled nursing facility, Westwind Village, that offers both long-term care and short-term sub-acute rehab, as well as ventilator care; and Horizon Heights, a secure facility for Alzheimer's dementia care.
