Elogar Foundation's mission is to improve the security and basic living conditions of the elderly and disadvantaged in the Austin community by safe proofing their homes and making them more comfortable.

Description

Elogar Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in July 2000 by business leaders at Avatar Technology, an Austin-based company specializing in eLearning technologies for business. Elogar is dedicated to improving the security and basic living conditions for disadvantaged and elderly residents. Installations of air conditioners, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and other safety items are performed once a month at no charge to our clients. Elogar accepts hardware or financial donations as well as corporate sponsorships such as the one provided by the legal firm of Jenkens & Gilchrist.
