The purpose of Parents United for Child Care is to create an organized constituency for improvements in child care and family policy through empowering parents to effectively advocate in their own interest. Parents United for Child Care is committed to working in community and work place initiatives which guarantee access to quality services and assist parents in their roles as workers and caregivers.

Description

Parents United for Child Care works with parents, guardians, child care providers and other stakholders in the field to increase the supply, quality and affordability of out-of-school time programs in Boston. The Boston School Age Child Care Project of PUCC works directly with child care providers and programs to enhance the quality of programs and to make programs more affordable for low income families.
