Mission Statement

The purpose of our organization is to provide financial and material support to Eastside non-profit organizations such as: Attain Housing, Eastside Baby Corner, Friends of Youth, Lifewire, Little Bit Therapeutic Riding, HERO House, Hopelink, Operation School Bell, Sibling House, and The Sophia Way. Eastside Community Aid is a non-profit organization which was chartered by the state of Washington on November 19, 1981.

We are a group of men and women who are interested in giving assistance to our community through a personal level of involvement. Our primary source of funds that we donate to Eastside 501(c)(3) organizations comes from our all-volunteer staffed thrift shop. All items sold at the shop are donated.

Would you recommend Eastside Community Aid Thrift Shop?

They do not communicate with people who volunteer. A "no thank you" would be a considerate way to respond. Waste of time.

Wonderful people, fabulous shop and excellent charity that gives back to the local community. It's a smaller thrift shop, and the volunteers know and genuinely care about each other. And, with the constantly changing sales, merchandise and displays, there is always plenty to do!
