To bring poor and non profit communities, organizations, foundations and associations the opportunity of having students, professionals and people from other countries helping, working and developing social benefit programs through the volunteer service and the wonders of international cooperation and understanding.

Description

Since 1984 Otec International have been developing exchange programs that allow university students and young professionals to live an international cooperation and work experience. The programs operate from Costa Rica to other countries as well as from other countries to Costa Rica.
