Mission Statement

To improve the quality of life for youth by encouraging and supporting their personal development by offering programs that will: 1. Involve youth in constructive activities; 2. Empower youth to establish and achieve personal goals; 3. Provide an opportunity to build long-lasting, constructive relationships with positive adult role models; 4. Challenge youth to try new things and explore new ideas; and 5. Teach the principles of self-sufficiency and of a responsible, active citizenry.
