OUR MISSION is to provide Housing counseling services and affordable housing for very low to moderate income families. OUR INTENTION is to assist individuals, regardless of background, ethnicity, or physical ability, to obtain modest, decent, safe and clean homes for use as permanent residency.

Description

We assist families and individuals with becoming homeowners. Provide budget and credit couseling, goal setting, credit repair and homebuyers education. We also assist clients with down payment assistance and closing cost as well as provide fund to pay for home inspections to qualifing applicants.
