We, the board of Education, staff, parents and students of Carrollton Public Schools, believe all students can learn regardless of age, sex, race, religion, special needs or the income or educational background of the family. We believe the total school experience will prepare students to become responsible, productive and caring members of a society that is constantly changing. We, as partners, accept the responsibility for each individual's attainment of his or her highest educational potential and further, to promote growth in self-esteem, attitudes, values and positive behavior.
