Description

Established in 1995 under the State of Florida's Main Street Program and the National Main Street Program, we follow the Four Point Approach to downtown revitalization of Promotions, Economic Restructuring, Organization, and Design. Together these four points can revitalize a downtown and thus preserve it's history in the process. The National Main Street Program falls under the Department of Historic Preservation. We plan events, educate business owners, market the downtown, recruit new business and explore ways to ensure the success of existing businesses. We make the downtown look warm and inviting. The tasks of a Main Street program are endless and exciting as you seen the fruits of your labor begin unfold with a vibrant downtown that people want to visit.
