Mission Statement

Audubon New York promotes the protection and proper management of birds, wildlife, and their habitiats through advocacy and education. Through a statewide council, 32 chapters, and a sanctuary system, Audubon New York is providing conservation leadership based on sound science with specific campaigns on birds, forests, wetlands, and wildlife on local, state, and national levels.

Description

Audubon New York is the non-profit state office of the National Audubon Society. Our main office is in Albany, NY, however, our school based program For the Birds! operates out of our New York City office.
