This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity. Paralegal is expected to put in a minimum of 5 hours per month and be responsive to emails within 36 hours. STW(tm) welcomes volunteers who are seeking skill-based volunteering opportunity. STW(tm) shall provide "letter of recommendation" professionals who demonstrate outstanding contribution for professional references. SUMMARY: Paralegal are expected to assist in all legal matters and advise in legal documentation, negotiations, contracts, etc. The consultant will also analyze and identify the legal issues and maintain correspondence, etc. so that there are no legal actions taken against STW(tm). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct legal research, including reviewing statutes, regulations, and case law. Draft legal documents, such as affidavits, and contracts, under the supervision of company’s president. Perform administrative tasks, organize, and maintain documents, ensuring they are easily accessible to the team. Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the STW (tm) areas. Responsible for drafting and reviewing the legal filings and drafting technically correct opinions. Involved in drafting and reviewing agreements, producing technically accurate quality standard work, preparing technically correct opinions and reviewing the reports. Interact positively with various levels within the entire organization. Attending meetings & capturing minutes of the meeting. Fill the timesheet regularly. Should be able to attend meetings as scheduled in the EST time zone. EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Political Science, or a related field. An Associate's degree with relevant work experience may also be considered. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in a law firm or legal department Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case management. Proficiency in the usage of Google Drive, Gmail and knowledge of Google Drive and MS Office tool suite. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary. Technically proficient in legal matters and should have in-depth knowledge of the local legal environment as well. Ability to analyze legal disputes, issues, etc. Strong communication skills and should be able to work independently. As a Project Leader - Business Presentations, you are required to contribute a minimum of 08 hours per week. The Role: Project Leader - Business Presentations reports to both Business Operations Director and President of Save the Water. You oversee designing and developing presentations for various events and projects in the company. You are a great collaborator, working with your business to take a concept and turn it into a visual masterpiece. What you will be responsible for: Helps Business Operations’ ideas turn into professional and eye-catching presentations. Helps customers ideas shine by creating compelling visual representations. Guides graphic designers/presenters to achieve the best presentation result. Understands the business story being told and enhance it with effective layouts. Produces high quality work using PowerPoint and audio/video editing software. Ensures all presentations have no errors and design is completed with care. Skills/Requirements: Deadline driven and organized. Creative, adaptable, and willing to learn. Good communication skills. Understanding of the audience. Attention to detail. Be able to tell a compelling story through the presentation using all the data and insights. Able to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Excellent in slide making including Microsoft PowerPoint. Comfortable using Microsoft suite, google slides and adobe. Some experience in graphic design, content marketing or visual communications. SUMMARY: STW(tm) is seeking a talented content creator to draft and edit content for a wide variety of marketing campaigns. This position reports to the Associate Director of Marketing. You will be the primary content creator on the marketing team, and will have the opportunity to work on everything from emails, landing pages and blogs, to brochures and presentations. You will be instrumental in helping us refine the organization’s written tone and style, as we roll out our new branding guidelines in early 2021. The role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional writing skills, and a positive & collaborative working style PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Marketing team by producing content that drives traffic and engagement Plan and create content to influence donations and user retention Understand (or be willing to learn) best practices for SEO and keyword research & placement Develop relevant and engaging content with appropriate brand voice, style and tone Work with the marketing analytics associate to analyze campaign results and optimize content Word with the marketing team (designers, email marketers, and researchers) to collaboratively produce error-free, high quality marketing materials Attend & contribute to weekly Marketing team meetings and other meetings as needed Complete volunteer timesheet on a weekly basis EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience of 1-2 years full time corporate/non-profit work experience) A variety of writing experience (emphasis on digital platforms) preferred Ability to create content and tell stories for different customer personas at different stages of the donor / volunteer / customer life cycle Experience in building a content strategy and editorial calendar Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work cooperatively with the rest of the marketing team, and correspond professionally and act as a representative of the marketing team when working with others groups Ability to accept constructive feedback, and tailor your writing style to the needs of STW(tm) and the marketing team Experience with content marketing and/or SEO preferred Experience with scientific and/or educational (K-12) writing a plus, but not required A positive, can-do attitude and interest in environmental/public safety work

The successful candidate keeps track of all the calls, voicemails, general emails and maintains a well-organized log sheet. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for answering all the calls and emails from the callers. Responsible for communicating with volunteer candidates regarding processing new hires. Check HR Information Email Inbox and maintain an organized system for filing emails. Attend bi-weekly human resources meetings. Comply with the standardized recruitment practices and process. On a timely basis, send weekly/biweekly updates to the Recruitment Project Leader, Business Operations Group and HR Director. Be sensitive to the needs of candidates and callers.
