Mission Statement

The NycArtsCypher provides an environment in which artists and entertainers can freely express themselves in a positive light. Through various programs, classes, and events, people from throughout the community can join in the celebration and positive promotion of the arts and entertainment. The NycArtsCypher provides opportunity to excel in any aspect whether it be graffiti art, breakdancing, film, or music.

Description

In order to promote through art & entertainment, NycArtsCypher offers three main programs.

M.U.R.A.L- Motivating Understanding Realizing Artists Learning

BREAKOUT!- A media arts program that emerges teen artists into the outlet of film and all that entails.

CypherCyndikit- The NycArtsCypher b-boy/b-girl crew that practice together and perform at various events within the community.
