Description

Evercare Hospice and Palliative Care provides personalized patient care to individuals at their place of residence during the final months of life. Evercare uses volunteers to assist in the provision of day to day direct patient care services. While registered nurses and certified nursing aides provide medical care - our volunteers provide much needed and appreciated personal services. A volunteer coordinator provides oversight and guidance.
