CORA is a non-profit voluntary organisation started in 1995 and registered under the tamilnadu Societies Registration Act and by Govt. of India under FCR Act and by Income Tax Act for tax Excemption for donors and for all incomes of the organisation under the act. The area of operation are the northern districts of tamilnadu state.
