St. Luke Lutheran Community - North Canton, licensed by the State of Ohio, cares for 202 residents in the nursing home including a Memory Support unit. All 202 beds are certified for Medicare and Medicaid. There are 33 licensed residential care (Assisted Living) beds. Services provided include physical, occupational, and speech therapy, recreation therapy, social services, dietary, and pastoral care.The Waterford at St. Luke is retirement living at its finest. There are 68 one and two bedroom apartments. The apartment home and services are designed to provide residents with carefree, convenient and comfortable surroundings. At the Waterford there is no lump sum entrance fee. The monthly fee covers the apartment, evening meals, all utilities including phone, long distance, internet, basic in-house cable TV, weekly flat laundry service, bi-weekly housekeeping, wall to wall carpeting, 24 hour security, emergency call system, and scheduled transportation. At the Waterford residents have the advantages of security, fun and peace of mind.
St. Luke Lutheran Community - Portage Lakes, licensed by the State of Ohio, cares for 56 residents in the nursing home, residents in 15 suites of assisted living and offers in and out patient therapy. Also Medicare and Medicaid certified, services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy, recreation therapy, social services, dietary, and pastoral care.
St. Luke Lutheran Community - Minerva, licensed by the State of Ohio, accomodates 30 residents with Assisted Living.
Respite and hospice stays are welcome.
