Description

Providing health, dental, and mental health care to the uninsured and underinsured residents of Strafford County and surrounding areas. Also providing a wide complement of additional support services to our patients including but not limited to: WIC, CSFP, BCCP, Nutrition, Baby Steps Developmental Screening, Chronic Disease Management and more.
