The elimination of racism and promotion of race unity through music and the arts and education.

Oneness effects structural change regarding race by using the arts as a means to connect diverse cultures and then supports those efforts with *Educational initiatives *Collaborations with like-minded organizations * Creating awareness surrounding issues of race. Our strategy has resulted in successfully producing over 30 programs since our inception in 1999, serving 1000's nationwide.
