Mission Statement

The purpose and mission of the Second District CASA program is to provide trained advocates for abused and neglected children in the juvenile court process. Trained court appointed special advocates (CASA) will advocate for the child's needs, and provide a voice for the child in court, in the foster care system, and through family reunification or adoption. The Second District CASA program will educate the public and increase community involvement in protecting children from abuse and neglect.
