The mission of WellFlorida Council is to build healthy communities through our core services, advocacy for health issues and facilitation of community initiatives.
Description
WellFlorida Council
WellFlorida builds healthy communities through research, grants, program development and strategic planning. WellFlorida works with school boards, government agencies, county health departments and other nonprofits to develop healthcare programs, create Community Health Centers, evaluate existing programs and obtain grants for community-based projects.
In addition, WellFlorida is an umbrella for a number of regional nonprofits--our Community Partners. WellFlorida provides the staffing, fiscal administration, marketing materials, community outreach and support to these Partners. Together, we provide the following services to our communities:

Rural Health Partnership of North Central Florida
Rural Health Partnership (RHP) of North Central Florida is one of nine state-certified rural health networks. RHP’s goal is to overcome the healthcare barriers of rural Floridians by strengthening the provider network. Members include hospitals, clinics, health departments, EMS agencies, medical and mental health providers, medical suppliers, consumers and businesses.
