SERVICES
FACETS provides a variety of services designed to improve and stabilize life for families and children with attachment, emotional and mental health issues that place the children at risk of, or in need of, out of home care.
FAMILY ATTACHMENT RESOURCE CENTER
The FAR Center provides resources, education, support and training to individual families, professionals and communities at large around the issues of attachment, child abuse, neglect and abandonment and its effects on child development and mental health.
Trainings are conducted by Licensed Professionals and Family Peers (Moms, Dads) with knowledge education and experience in topics pertaining to attachment, loss and grief, child development, parenting, family dynamics, adoption and raising children with special needs.
The FAR Center facilitates ongoing Support Groups for families and professionals. Child Care is made available during support groups.
A Lending Library is available at the FAR Center with books, tapes and materials for parents, children and professionals.
Resource referrals are available to parents and professionals including Respite, Adoption Support, Professionals, Programs and Information.
