Mission Statement
The mission statement of the Logan County Humane Society is two-fold: (1) To humanely house and care for animals in its charge,prevent animal cruelty,abuse and neglect through educating the community on responsible pet ownership. (2) To provide service to the community in conjunction with animal control to safeguard public health and safety.
Description
Our goal is to improve the lives of companion animals in our community and find permanent and loving homes. Our organization has one staff person and several volunteers. We are funded entirely by donations.

The current staff and board members (Sept 2023) care deeply about the animals. They are friendly and easy to work with.
