Mt. Sinai Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention Program

Description

SAVI offers free and confidential counseling to survivors of rape, sexual assault, incest, childhood sexual abuse and intimate partner violence. We also provide counseling to friends and families of survivors. Trained Volunteer Advocates are on-call around the clock to provide immediate crisis intervention to female and male survivors. SAVI provides individual and group counseling for survivors. Including support and information when working with the criminal justice system. SAVI provides free workshops for schools, bussinesses or community groups. Sensitivity trainings for medical, social service and law enforcement professionals are also available.
