Coming Home Rescue

Mission Statement

Coming Home Rescue is dedicated to rescuing shelter dogs and helping dogs who have lost their homes, or perhaps never had one. We rehabilitate them with medical care, good nutrition, training and love. All dogs that we rehome are up to date on shots, spayed/neutered, microchipped and temperment tested. As part of our mission, we also develop and conduct educational programs focused on pet care and responsible pet ownership so that more dogs can remain in their homes and be good family members. Funding for all of this work is an ongoing challenge. We receive no funds from any state agency or philanthropic organization. Every dollar we receive goes directly to caring for rescued dogs even when extensive medical care is needed.
