Mission Statement

When my son was diagnosed with autism at age 4, I promised him I would do everything in my power to advocate for him and those like him who have no voice of their own. I've spent the last 13 years pursuing these goals, knocking on the doors of Congress, and I've seen first-hand the changes that have to be made. I went to Washington to help my family, and now I want to help yours.

I believe that without sensible leders, our nation is in trouble. I pledge to lead with integrity, serve with humility, and use the influence of office to speak up for those that have none. I have a proven track record of turning ideas into laws. I do not believe that spending, increased taxation and government intervention is the answer to our economic woes.

As your U.S. Representative, I pledge to pursue answers to our nation's toughest issues and insist on accountability every day I'm there.
