Mission Statement

The Foster Child Enrichment Council works to provide positive experiences that enhance the quality of life for abused and neglected children.

Description

Donations to the council pick up where public funds leave off. By raising money for foster children, the council expects to achieve the following results: â ¢ Enhance the quality of life for abused and neglected children in Hamilton County â ¢ Help retain good foster parents and kinship providers by supporting their work with children â ¢ Increase community awareness of the needs of foster children We believe there is no needier group of children in our community than those abused, neglected and dependent ones who suffer an emotional and spiritual poverty as well as material need. Helping abused and neglected children is one of the worthiest causes in our community, but it cannot and should not fall to the public child protection system alone. We want to broaden the Childrenâ s Services-community partnership to help abused and neglected children by creating opportunities for volunteers and donors.
