Mission Statement

IPSEA is the initiative to build an education center for the people of Arniquette, Haiti. The education center will provide educational materials, computer resources and direction to enable the people of Arniquet to build a positive future.

Description

IPSEA is the "Initiative for an educational center in Arniquette". Residents and leaders of this remote town of ~8000 have joined with Peace Corps volunteer Emily Miksic to establish a center of excellence for all of the people of Arniquette to provide the tools needed to improve their lives, and to share their culture.
